*A 2.00 service fee is added to each order.

*An invoice is EMAILED to you within 24 hours to pay. On weekends it will be the next business day.

*If you have more than one child, please fill out the form for EACH CHILD to insure their yearbook goes to the correct classroom.

*Return the order envelope to school, filled out with the credit card box checked on the front.

*Distance Learners email your teacher you ordered online.

*Invoices not paid by the time orders are processed will be canceled.
